Q: When should I reserve a sign?
We accept reservations for scheduled births or events. For planned deliveries, book early to secure your preferred date. For surprise arrivals, contact us as soon as the baby is born—we typically deliver within 24 hours. After submitting our form, expect a call to confirm your order and payment. If you haven’t heard from us, call or text xxx-xxx-xxxx.
Q: How long can I rent a sign?
For birth announcements, stork and baby carriage signs are available for 7 full days, giving family and friends time to celebrate. For events, one-day rentals are available. Contact us for custom rental options.
Q: Where will the sign be installed?
Signs are typically placed in the front yard, visible from the street. If you have a preferred location, let us know—we’ll do our best to accommodate your request. Your satisfaction is our priority.
Q: How do I place an order and pay?
Place your order by filling out our online form, calling or texting xxx-xxx-xxxx, or emailing us at buckscountystorksandsigns@gmail.com. Payment options include credit card over the phone, Square, Venmo, or Zelle. Full payment is required before scheduling delivery.

Q: How much does a sign cost?
Standard stork or baby carriage rentals with a personalized bundle start at $125. Delivery within 10 miles is free; additional fees apply for locations 10–30 miles away. For areas beyond 30 miles, contact us for a quote. Our team handles delivery, setup, and pickup.
Q: How much are sibling, message, or pet signs?
Sibling stars, message signs, dog bones, or cat signs are $30 each, customizable and kept as keepsakes. Available in pink or blue.
Q: Do you offer signs for twins, triplets, or more?
Yes! Each baby receives a separate stork or baby carriage sign with their details. Contact us for multiple birth pricing.
Q: What signs are available for grandparents?
Grandparent stork or baby carriage rentals start at $100 for generic bundles, or $125 for personalized bundles. Rentals last 7 days, with the personalized bundle left as a keepsake.
Q: When do you cancel an order?
Payment must be received at least 24 hours before delivery. We’ll contact you via phone, text, or email to confirm.
However, please note that we require a 24-hour notice to fulfill any last-minute requests that weren’t previously discussed at the time of booking.
Q: What is your refund policy?
We always strive to fulfill your requests to the best of our ability, but if there are any issues with your order, we’re happy to offer a refund.
Full refunds are available for cancellations at least 24 hours before delivery or if extreme weather prevents setup. Refunds are not available if access is blocked, a homeowner denies setup, or a threatening animal prevents installation.
